CEDAR LEDGE
The American Summer Home

ABOUT
Cedar Ledge is the quintessential American summer home.
Secluded in a private community in Annisquam, Cedar Ledge is perched above the water with a wide wrap-around porch overlooking Ipswich Bay. Time truly stands still at this cottage, which has all of the special quirks and magical touches of an historic, period home. Cedar Ledge sleeps up to 12 + in 6 bedrooms and is the perfect place to unplug and slow down. We emphasize minimizing technology and focusing on the sea, fireplace and a well-stocked library. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee as the sun rises is something that hasn’t changed since the house was built more than 100 years ago. Cedar Ledge is opened for the season each year in May, and closes late in October.
